It is Compassionate<\/strong> because it is a soft and gentle approach in which self-compassion is the key to releasing false believes, emotional pain or harmful behaviors. It is an Inquiry<\/strong> because it investigates into the root causes.<\/p>\n

Trauma directly affects our nervoussystem and leaves us stuck in defense and reactivity. It compromises our capacity to be present, open and loving. It prevents us from being our authentic selves with internal discomfort as an result.<\/p>\n

In a session we look into these afflictions like sadness, anger, fear and mental or physical illness knowing that most of them stem from trauma.<\/p>\n

Thereby is important to remember trauma is not only related to the big familiar events like death, sexual abuse or accidents. It can be caused by any (small or serie of small) event(s) that resulted in a change in a person.<\/p>\n
